In the spring of 2023, the first ConnecTable was introduced at Amphia Hospital in Breda, commissioned by the Municipality of Breda. The hospital was deliberately chosen for its role as a central meeting place in the city, where people of different ages, backgrounds, and personal stories naturally come together.

The ConnecTable encourages playful interaction through the collaborative creation of patterns. In doing so, it creates moments of attention, wonder, and connection. It’s offering space for calm and meaningful contact within a healthcare environment that can at times feel busy or emotionally intense.
